Attorney matter under Israel Bar recommended minimum fees. Final fee is fixed in a written agreement with the office; VAT is calculated separately.

• Contract value up to 95,004 ₪: 2% of value, but not less than 790 ₪
• Over 95,004 and up to 377,607 ₪: 2% of first 95,004 + 1.5% of the remainder
• Higher bands (to 3,806,082 ₪ and above): stepped % per Israel Bar schedule; above 3,806,082 ₪ — by agreement, not less than 37,761 ₪
• Contract value not expressible in money: by agreement, not less than 1,373 ₪
• Residential lease: half of one month’s rent per contract
